1. Returns
If you wish to make a return, please contact Customer Support within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Once a return is authorized by Customer Support, please pack it safely and send it back. For valuable cards/products, we recommend getting a tracking number and insurance to ensure your package makes it safely back to us.Â
2. Manufacturing Defects
For manufacturing-related damage to items, you should reach out to the manufacturer of the item for replacement. This includes, but is not limited to, sleeves, deck boxes, playmats, ect. This also includes singles from sealed packs with damages such as crimping and miscut cards. Â
Note: All packs are sourced from untampered, factory-sealed booster boxes, therefore non-returnable.
